Guru Nanak Darbar Kashmore
**Ek Onkar** (ੴ) is a fundamental symbol in Sikhism, representing the concept of "One God." It is the opening phrase of the Guru Granth Sahib, the holy scripture of Sikhism, and means "There is One Supreme Reality" or "God is One." Ek Onkar emphasizes the oneness of God, who is eternal, formless, and all-pervading, and it encapsulates the core belief of Sikh monotheism.
The **Khanda** is a symbol of Sikhism, representing the concepts of unity, strength, and balance. It consists of four components:
1. **The double-edged sword (Khanda)** in the center symbolizes divine knowledge and the power to distinguish truth from falsehood.
2. **The circular Chakra (Chakkar)** around the sword represents the eternal nature of God, without beginning or end.
3. **Two single-edged swords (Kirpans)** on either side signify the balance between spiritual and temporal authority (Miri and Piri).
Together, the Khanda embodies Sikh ideals of justice, spirituality, and self-defense.
